HFMD is Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease. HFMD can have many symptoms, such as fever, ulcers in the throat, mouth and tongue, headache, rashes and loss of appetite. I could tell whether my friend had HFMD if he or she had any of the above symptoms.HFMD could happen to anyone, despite the person's age. HFMD could be spread from little children to old folks! To avoid getting HFMD, we must practice proper hygiene methods such as washing your hands and not sharing food and drinks with another person. I have never known anyone who has contracted HFMD, and I hope that My family, friends and I do not contract HFDM. If someone has HFMD, he or she must be kept away from public areas such as schools, preschools, markets etc. If you don't want to contract HFMD, you should like as I mentioned earlier, practice proper hygiene methods so as to keep oneself healthy. I hope that the cases of HFMD will not increase.

Reflection 3: Friendship
For me, friendship means having friends or even just having having one friend. The importance of having friends is so that you won't feel alone and maybe your friend could even help you if you were feeling troubled. Just being friendly can help you get friends!(This isn't full proof though...) It is very important for Singaporeans to be friends with people of other countries because we might have trouble and those foreign friends could help us. I really enjoyed the activities on that day especially the Judo demonstration as I got to learn a Judo throw! Other activities like Sepak Takraw, Chapteh etc. should be included next year. I look forward to next year's International Friendship Day!

Personal Response 2 : Courtesy
I think that all the fables were very interesting and I think the second one(Good Morning) was very funny. In my opinion, courtesy means being respectful and polite to your neighbours, your friends, etc. The fable that impresses me most is the first one(Kong Rong Rang Li). The reason why this fable impresses me is even though Kong Rong's grandfather urged him to pick the bigger pears which were much sweeter than the smaller ones, Kong Rong took the smaller one so that his siblings could have the sweeter pears to eat. I think that some of the pupils in our class are courteous. They show courtesy by being polite, or even by respecting the teacher. To be courteous towards our friends, our teachers, our parents and others, we should start by respecting them and being polite to them. This is courtesy.

Reflection 2 : My Dream
My dream is to be a successful business man. The reason why I want to become a business man is because I want to be rich! And, with my money, I could give funds to try and stop global warming. To realise my dream, I will start a business. Then, when the business grows bigger and bigger, I will get more money! The reason why people should have dreams is because they could set a personal goal for themselves and try to achieve it. If you are trying to fulfill your dream, you should never give up as you should always try and achieve your dreams.
